Hong Kong Youth Mental Health Advocates (HKYMHA) is committed to promoting mental health information, destigmatising mental disorders, encouraging youths to embrace all aspects of themselves, and enhancing the help-seeking behaviour of young people experiencing emotional distress. We firmly believe that seeking help is not a sign of weakness but a courageous expression of understanding one's needs, representing a significant and crucial first step towards achieving mental well-being. We strive to accompany young people on their mental health journey, alleviating concerns and confusion they may encounter along the way, and co-creating an inclusive society that is free from discrimination and stigma, where people can openly and comfortably discuss mental health and personal needs. 「香港青少年精神健康倡議組」致力於推廣精神健康資訊，消除社會上對精神疾病的污名化，鼓勵青少年接納自己的不同面向，提高受情緒困擾的青少年的求助行為。我們深信，求助並不軟弱，而是清晰自己需求的勇敢表現，更是邁向精神健康至關重要的第一步。我們希望陪伴青少年渡過精神健康的旅程，減輕當中可能會面臨的擔憂和迷茫，並共創一個沒有歧視、污名、人們能安心自在地討論精神健康和個人需要的社會。我們需要各位的支持，共同建構更好的未來。
