Services offered include but not limited to: - Pre-Development Application (DA) and concept / masterplan assessments - Review architectural design and preparation of detailed BCA / Access assessment reports. - Preparation of BCA / Access reports to accompany DA, CDC or CC applications. - Preparation of detailed assessment reports against BCA, AS1428 series, AS4299 and livable housing requirements. - Design and compliance advice including mark-up of drawings. - Advice on performance-based design options. - Preparation of Performance Solutions. - Audit of existing buildings (incl. Premises Standard) to identify compliance issues and outline appropriate upgrade strategy. - Undertake inspections of buildings under construction on behalf of the head contractor or developer to identify potential compliance issues and provide cost-effective solutions. - Liaise with project team, certifiers, PCAs, council and Fire and Rescue NSW. - Statement of compliance at Occupation Certificate stage.
