About HOOH Organic Hop Company

HOOH is building the Canadian hop industry. We started growing certified organic hops in Canada's hottest place - Lillooet, British Columbia in 2010. Today, we work with leading hop farmers to help them find new international markets for their sustainably-grown and certified organic hops. We are a post-farm processor of hops transforming them into T90 pellets, packaging, and distributing across Canada and to international markets with a focus on Europe. Our fledgling research program is aimed at "discovering hop nature" through collaborative work with Canada's top genetics, biology, and chemistry researchers. In early 2021, we will be sharing these results on our 'Hop Journal' blog and Hopp[ED] brewer education platforms at hoohhops.com. See you there soon!
