About Hop Union Brewery
Hop Union Brewery is an independent brewery in Bristol, UK. 18 Years of established craft motivated by the goal to unite people, ideas, creativity and most importantly, taste. We started life as a traditional cask beer brewery with open-top fermenters, after 16 years we decided to build a state-of-the-art brewery and refresh our brand. Now, Hop Union is a growing, ever-changing brewery still producing traditional beers, alongside national-gold-winning, modern craft beer. We are striving to be a great employer and a great place to work. We want to produce all types of beer that are as good as the best in their class with new experimental brews testing the boundaries of craft beer. We want to give back to the community as much as we can, we want to unite people in taste. Most importantly, we want people to have fun. For the last 18 years we’ve been brewing, creating, innovating, and testing the boundaries of craft beer & traditional cask ales to national award winning IPA’s.
