About Hope 7 Community Center

Hope 7 Community Center's mission is to be a resource for and provide services to individuals and families in our community. We offer various programs that work towards the betterment of the community, including our food pantry, youth programs, and community outreach programs. During our after-school program, children receive a healthy snack, supervised homework sessions and tutoring, opportunities for arts and crafts, physical recreation, and opportunities to participate in various clubs. During Hope 7’s summer camp program, children travel to state parks, museums, and nature centers. Our food pantry serves families a monthly three-day/3 meals per day package with meat, fresh produce, loaves of bread, and milk for everyone. Also available are non-food items such as diapers, toiletries, personal hygiene items, household cleaning supplies, and pet food. Each Thanksgiving, Hope 7 provides families with complete Thanksgiving meals. For Christmas, Hope 7 works diligently to match families needing holiday gift assistance with generous donors. Families who have indicated a need fill out forms with information on the needs and wishes of the children, as well as preferences such as favorite colors, characters, etc.
