About Hope Home Care
Hope Home Care is a Licensed home health care agency which has been providing professional and paraprofessional home care services to the five boroughs of New York for 33 years. We also provide Staff Relief to group homes and medical facilities. We are licensed by the Department of Health. We train the majority of our employees both Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides here on premises and our Training Program also follows the Department of Health Guidelines. Our very experienced office staff is bilingual in English and Spanish. We have a 24 hour 7 day a week on call operator to help our clients with any needs they may have. Our home office and Training facility is located in Staten Island and we also have an office in the Bronx. Our Mission is to provide the best health care to all in need based on Christian principles and the policies of Hope Home Care. We render a comprehensive, continuous process of care necessary to promote and maintain the highest quality of patient care consistent with the needs of the client and their family and as it pertains to the diagnosis, culture, environment, care needed, and their dignity as modeled after Christ's ministry to the end.
