Hopefield Partnerships provides a unique, holistic housing model to assist local authorities and other housing providers in the funding, construction and delivery of low to medium rental housing throughout the UK. The Hopefield Housing Model provides funding for new housing for rent. This is delivered without the need for funding from the public purse or housing association grants. The contribution by local authorities, RSLs or private landlords is to provide the land for development and once the site is secured, the company will provide high quality housing, built off-site and then delivered to the site ready for completion. The houses arrive fully fitted, painted and decorated, with doors hung, light fittings, sanitary ware and kitchen built-in, ready to occupy. Each home exceeds all current energy performance legislation and building regulations. Hopefield can provide a significant increase in new homes for rental with a delivery schedule that is twice as fast as traditional masonry and timber framed house construction. We offer a crucial contribution to addressing the current crisis in housing provision experienced by almost every local authority in the United Kingdom.
