Hopeful Vibes Employee Benefits: * 20 HR work weeks paid at a full-time 40 HR salary * Medical, Dental, and Vision paid 100% by the company * Child care is paid 100% by the company * All medical appointments and children's extracurricular activities that take place during the work day count towards an employee's 20 HRs. But we don't stop there. We have run our numbers and, financially, with our profit, we can afford to do more. So Hopeful Vibes will pay off the credit card, student debt, car note, personal loans, and home loans of every employee.
