To prevent and mitigate a decrease in functioning and productivity, or to become an attractive employer that can retain top talent, HopeWell Psychological has developed services that improve the lives of both employees and employers. Assistance is provided under an Employee Assistance Program (EPA) through which long-term cooperation is established between HopeWell Psychological and the employer. Our services for businesses are divided into two types: Services that focus on enhancing personal potential and boosting performance. These services are suited for individuals who already have a high level of functioning in their current executive positions and who want to reach an even higher level of performance. Services that focus on helping employees and employers manage stress, anxiety, depression, anger, substance abuse, job concerns, interpersonal difficulties at work or at home, and many other issues that impact people’s physical, mental and emotional health.
