Hopewell Real Estate Services is a full service third-party commercial property management company that manages over four million square feet of industrial, suburban office and retail properties for private investors, pension funds and publicly traded companies. The properties that we manage are located in Calgary, Edmonton, Medicine Hat, Red Deer, Winnipeg and the Greater Toronto Area. Our offices are located in Calgary, Winnipeg and Toronto. Our services include commercial property management, facility management, tenant coordination, asset management, leasing and project management.
