Horizon Air Measurement Services, Inc., was formed in 1988 to provide responsive, high-quality, cost efficient emissions testing services in response to Federal, State, and Local air quality regulatory requirements. We understand our clients' need for timely, reliable data and are committed to responding quickly and efficiently to their specific requirements. Each testing program, regardless of size or scope, is provided the proper attention, planning, and personnel to ensure an accurate, timely, and successful program on every occasion. It is this attention to detail and planning that has allowed Horizon to develop its diverse and loyal client base within California and throughout the United States. Since our inception, Horizon has successfully designed and conducted over 6,000 air measurement programs and has become one of the premier emissions testing firms in California. In addition to California, Horizon has performed testing throughout the United States and internationally. Horizon has developed a full spectrum of emissions source testing services which includes compliance testing, CEMS certification, combustion and control device optimization, air toxics characterization, mobile source emissions, and consumer product testing. With in-house and mobile laboratory facilities and an expert staff of emissions measurement specialists, Horizon is equipped to conduct any type of emissions testing program needed for criteria and non-criteria pollutants. Our staff has a thorough understanding of air quality regulations and applicable Reference Methods for all applications.
