Horizon planning, turnaround planning, and project scoping are also key activities that support the overall capital planning function. Project Delivery On time, on budget, on schedule, with the right amount of quality is the mantra of the project delivery team. It starts with developing a strong project delivery organization, establishing efficient project delivery tools and processes, and effective monitoring through all project activities. Utilizing an established project lifecycle approach, we work to ensure project activities are completed in the right sequence and at the right time in order effectively manage and eliminate project setbacks. Operations Support Completing the project on time and on budget is only part of the job. For a project to meet it’s investment return, it must have a successful start up and production ramp up. Commissioning planning and execution together with the project execution team helps deliver an effective start up. Preparing the operations team to accept the handover is also a critical activity. Operations Readiness is a proven method to ensure the operations team has the people, tools, and processes to quickly meet the planned ramp up curve. Once started, changes will always need to be made. De-bottlenecking and process improvement activities need to be targeted on the issue and quickly resolved for an effective ramp up.
