Founded in the spring of 2001, Horizon is a Pennsylvania Certified DBE-WBE firm providing quality engineering services to a wide range of clients throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. Horizon Engineering was formed with the objective to create a professional consulting engineering firm that would offer quality and thoughtful services in a timely and professional manner, and we maintain that objective today as our primary business focus. Accordingly, we strive at all times to maintain a highly trained and competent staff, dedicated to understanding and meeting the needs and objectives of our clients. Our key employees have extensive and diverse capabilities in both the private and public sector, and our staff includes professional engineers, land surveyors, architects, landscape architects and building code officials.
