Our services include HR advice on terms & conditions and policies & procedures, contracts, training, undertaking independent investigations, mediation, job evaluation, recruitment and change management. Horizon HR Ltd is NOT your typical company; we pride ourselves on offering a service which goes above and beyond the norm. We are members of the CIPD and hold qualifications such as workplace mediation and project management. For example, we look to support you to resolve HR issues informally, where possible. Therefore, we include as standard, attendance at informal meetings (as agreed), to enable you to effectively manage a situation to stop it escalating into a more time consuming formal procedure.
