About Horn Horizon

Horn Horizon is a charity set up to improve the support network available to refugees and asylum seekers in Leeds, UK - with the long term aspiration of becoming a transnational organisation based in the Horn of Africa. We are a grassroots community organisation that seeks to be the 'link in the chain' between service providers and service users. We specialise in improving support networks by using our ability to recognise, and take advantage of, under-utilised potential. Not only do we seek to improve the lives of the displaced communities that we serve, but we are also firm advocates of community cohesion, seeking to break down the social barriers that exist between different groups in Leeds and beyond.
