Jenna Hornstock has over 20 years of experience leading public sector teams in creative redevelopment strategies, delivering progressive housing and community development policies and consensus-driven programs that result in more housing, community amenities and infrastructure. Jenna’s experience with affordable housing is multi-faceted, including underwriting projects, acquiring land, leading the procurement of developers, negotiating terms, and developing land use and financing programs for local agencies and community partners. She has directed projects and programs that combine housing, land use and transit-oriented development goals and has experience setting up the teams and internal infrastructure required to deliver complicated projects and programs that require public/private partnerships. Jenna is known for her strategic thinking, passion for solving complex issues, deep technical knowledge and skills, and the ability to bridge across community, advocacy, public and private sectors.
