HOSOKAWA SOLIDS, part of HOSOKAWA GROUP, is in the field of bulk solids handling an internationally operating group of companies and a competent partner for different industries producing and processing bulk solids. We offer more than 50 years’ experience and Know-how in the development and manufacturing of components for bulk solids handling with the core competences storing-, conveying-, metering- and weighing technology as well as in the engineering and realization of complete, automatic bulk handling systems. Competence: More than 10.000 orders have been realised by us in Europe and overseas. Uncountable bulk solids have been examined in our test facilities on industrial scale. The results of these tests and from our industrial installations render us the necessary safety in design and realization of new installations. Based on our core competencies: - Storage and discharge - Pneumatic conveying - Weighing and metering - Automation We can provide special branch solutions for chemical industry, paints, lacquers, plastics, rubber, food, beverage, minerals, glass, ceramics, enamel, foundry, steel, energy and environment. Manufacturing: The major part of our elements and components is fabricated in group-own workshops. The high-quality level is continuously ensured by frequent quality checks and functional tests. The solids solutions group develops and programs its own software adapted to the particular requirements of process and material, for the metering, weighing and pneumatic conveying technology. We design and realize also process control systems, applying high performance PLC controls, industrial PCs, and process visualization systems as well as recipe management and batch tracking systems.
