About Hospital Universitario Sanitas La Moraleja
The Sanitas La Moraleja University Hospital, located in the north of the city of Madrid and opened in 2006, is a 22,000 m2 general medical and surgical hospital with 90 beds and five different care blocks (Hospitalisation, Outpatients, Emergency, Surgery and Obstetrics). Thanks to innovation and the incorporation of the latest technology, patients have a full range of specialities at their disposal to cover all their needs, both in diagnosis and treatment. The hospital is a reference in the use of urological and knee robotic surgery, and has recently incorporated complex services such as Cardiac Surgery and Oncohaematology. In addition to all this, digital health solutions characterise Sanitas' healthcare proposal. Its healthcare model is based on clinical excellence. The hospital has consolidated its position among the 10 private centres with the best reputation in Spain, according to the Monitor de Reputación Sanitaria, prepared by Merco. It has also held Joint Commission International accreditation since 2015, the most rigorous and distinguished certification of medical excellence in the healthcare sector. The hospital has also been accredited since 2014 for MIR training in Paediatrics, Gynaecology and Obstetrics, and Radiodiagnosis.
