Our second concept, Zuuk Mediterranean Kitchen, opened in March 2016 and like My Ceviche, serves high-quality, affordable food in a modern fast-casual setting. Our kitchen is fully by-scratch, meaning every one of our products are cooked and made by scratch by our team; from our dips and toppings to our protein! Zuuk Mediterranean Kitchen also allows crew members internal growth and rewards their members for being a top-performer. Our final concept, El Tropico Cuban Kitchen was founded in 2019 and offers authentic Cuban dishes, prepared with sabor y amor.
