About Hospitality Training Institute

Hospitality Training Institute has been founded in 2002 as a non-profit association of independent experts operating in Hospitality & Tourism Industry, both in the field of human resources development & training and in hotel and restaurant operation. From the very beginning, the Institute has realized its activities in tailor made training and consultancy mostly for small and middle enterprises in Hospitality & Tourism Industry and through partnership in national and international educational projects and international professional networks and partnerships. To our main aims belong: - provide consultancy and expertise in human resources development and hospitality operations - develop and upgrade vocational skills & personal competencies in hospitality - develop specific training and education programs in response to local, regional, national or international industry needs - provide training and continuing education to individuals and SMEs - provide high quality Mystery Shopping in Hospitality & Tourism Industry - serve as an experienced resource and knowledge centre enhancing the transfer of knowledge and innovations through international cooperation and projects - provide research activities concerning the Hospitality & Tourism Industry and regional development - protect and support regional culinary heritage and sustainable development of rural regions
