About Hostarea

Hostarea is a modular cloud-based service for vacation property management. Hostarea's users are both hosts and laborers. Hosts will have access to a consolidated accommodation calendar, dashboard, hospitality-support services marketplace, CRM, and integrations with booking services. Workers will get a place to search and manage orders. Our product will have solutions for organizing the check-in and check-out process, property maintenance (cleaning, laundry, plumber, electrician, handyman, insect removal, and so on), insurance, and tax and legal paperwork. We use technological solutions such as RPA, AI, and machine learning to automate these processes. An important advantage of the platform will be the opportunity for real estate investors to change their business model from the less profitable long-term rental to the more profitable use of properties as a hotel. The complexity and cost of time usually stop owners from the more lucrative but significantly messier short-term rentals model. Our project involves the creation of three basic elements. The first is the control and automation elements for the main business processes. The second is a community of investors (owners) and helpers. The third is the base of competition and knowledge. Our project will need to use local property management and cleaning services. At the first stage, we plan to select the most significant tourist locations in Portugal, but next, it has to be worldwide. In the future, our project should become a marketplace offering tourist property management services and job offers in the global market. Hosterea will connect not only cleaning and laundry services, plumbers, electricians, handymen, pest control, insurance, tax, and legal paperwork services with the owners, but all professionals on the market in the globe.
