Dan and Julie Volmert recognized the need for a true sports bar & grill in the St. Louis market more than 28 years ago. They created Hotshots Sports Bar and Grill in 1990 to meet that need with a unique combination of great people, fast service and a fun party atmosphere that includes pool, darts, video games, and spontaneous promotions. Since 1990, Dan and Julie have been continuously involved with improving the Hotshots system and growing the brand. Hotshots has become a leader in the marketing of products and a dynamic trend setter whose concept is continually mimicked but never successfully copied in the sports bar space. In addition to the activities, Hotshots Sports Bar and Grill provides a diverse menu with appetizers, soup, salads, sandwiches, pizza, burgers and entrees as well as new lunch specials every day. We have become famous for our award winning “Hotshots Hot Wings” and “St. Louis Style Pizza”. Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill has been a hands-on family owned business for over 25 years. The Volmert’s have extended their family beliefs and practices to the store managers and upper management throughout the company. Many of our management and employee personnel have been with the the company for over 15 years. Now they hope to share these beliefs and practices with their franchisees as Hotshots looks to expand across the country into a brand powerhouse.
