We start with a style quiz and application on our website, followed by a personal conversation with one of our stylists to better understand your preferences. During this conversation, we discuss in detail your clothing, color and fit preferences, as well as the specific occasion you want to dress for. Based on this information, our stylists will put together two to three complete clothing sets for you and send them to you. You have the option to try on the outfits at your own pace and keep the items you like and return the rest free of charge. We only bill you for the items you decide to keep along with our service fee. After receiving the box, you can give feedback on the items you received, which your personal stylist uses to help you put together your next outfits even better.
