House of Flow creates inclusive, adaptive wellness experiences for every age and life stage—combining in-person classes, on-demand digital content, and personalized AI tools to support yoga, meditation, movement, and music. Our approach spans two interconnected brands: Yogie Land, our early childhood offering, uses yoga, music, puppetry, and emotional learning to engage children 6 months to 5 years old in joyful, embodied play. Our adult platform helps users build sustainable practice habits through AI-powered recommendations, progress tracking, and live class integration.
