About House Scholarship Foundation
House Scholarship Foundation recognizes and honors talented high school students across the United States and its territories by providing financial assistance through need-based and merit-based scholarships. We hope to bolster the chances of prospective college students pursuing their aspirations by alleviating the pressure of financial burdens. Applicants are honored and rewarded through a combination of factors, which include extracurricular activities, academic records, essays, and current financial situations. After a successful beginning to our nonprofit in 2020, we were able to award three high school seniors with financial scholarships ranging from $200 to $1000. In our future application seasons, we will increase both the number of financial awards available and the amount of aid awarded in order to provide more opportunities and to reach a larger student audience. We also strive to expand our foundation to reach and accommodate a larger pool of students, increasing accessibility and awareness by starting local chapters across the United States. We are currently creating chapters in high schools across regions in Southern California. We will never discriminate in our application process. We affirm to provide equal footing and opportunity to people of all genders, races, ethnic backgrounds, orientations, and financial situations, as per our organization’s non-discrimination policy.
