Housing Colorado is an industry resource for all aspects of affordable housing: including professional advocacy, issue expertise, and networking opportunities. We are a statewide, multi-sector membership association of more than 3,000 housing professionals and over 270 organizations. Affordable housing isn’t just an agenda item for our organization; it’s the sole reason we are here. Being at the forefront of this issue, we are called upon to lead, educate, activate and innovate to ensure that Colorado’s communities are affordable, healthy, vibrant and safe. We represent and funnel the energies of a wide variety of industry sectors, constituencies and geographic regions across the state. Housing Colorado is not just an organization you belong to; it’s an organization that you move forward with - into greater knowledge and a greater ability to serve all of Colorado through affordable housing. There is value in belonging to an organization that is sought after for expertise, information, speaking engagements and partnerships. Housing Colorado is resolute in purpose and passion. An important aspect of Housing Colorado’s work is to understand and convey the context in which affordable housing exists. This is why draft legislation is consistently sent to us for review and vetting. It’s why our ongoing sourcing of data and research brings evidence to our advocacy and garners significant media coverage.
