Housing Hand provides the UK's only secure and reliable Rent Guarantor Service for students and working professionals, both domestic and international, who may, for various reasons, fail to provide a qualifying guarantor. We have an individual rent liability insurance policy behind us which makes our service unique, secured and fully reliable. We work very closely with letting agents, landlords, student halls and accommodation providers nationwide to provide them access to a wider range of previously unqualified tenants through our House Finder Service. Our accommodation providers benefit from increased rental occupancy from the thousands of potential applicants that use this free service every year, all at a lower risk to the accommodation provider. We allow access for tenants from over 140 countries worldwide and we have strong relationships with many Foreign Embassies and International Education Agencies.
