About Housing Hope

At Housing Hope, we know that ending poverty and homelessness are possible because we see it happening every day. Our work begins with housing. We are the largest and most active non-profit affordable housing developer in Snohomish County. We currently own and operate 541 affordable apartments and have helped 311 low-income families build and own their own homes. Once families have their foundation of safe, stable, and dignified affordable housing, our amazing staff go to work helping them break the cycles of poverty and homelessness. Our expert staff walk side by side with families during every step of their journey out of poverty. We provide holistic wraparound services in family stability, child development, mental health, adult education, employment, and adult life skills. Housing Hope’s lifechanging programs are made possible by over 170 staff members and 20 VISTA volunteers in a wide variety of positions. From property management to accounting and fundraising to human resources, if you are passionate about ending poverty and homelessness, we invite you to join our team!
