About Housing UK
We understand that demand for high quality, affordable and eco-friendly housing is at an all time high in the private and public sectors. Our solution is simple. Using the latest in construction technology and by way of infill, demolition, and the clearance of under-utilised sites, we strive to maximise housing numbers on existing estates at a minimal cost and with the promise of environmental protection and sustainability. The Housing UK startegic model accels factory built housing market solutions. Diligent building technologies, high levels of quality control and flexibility of design, with precise and fast production turnarounds meet housing requirements effectively in a much needed climate. 200 units have been sucesfully built around the UK area to date, which will also provide further local employment within the UK. Main areas of focus are the First time buyer market, affordable housing, renting for the private sector and local authorities / institutions. The system can be extended on all axes with capacity being able to be accommodated to take additional floors. A low average heating bill of £100 per annum helps tackle fuel poverty and reduce carbon emissions. With an output of 14-stories in height, the ceiling of a ground floor room is separate from the floor above therefore acoustic attenuation far exceeds legislative requirements and improves quality of life. On average the point loaded foundation solutions save up to 40% on substructure and site waste costs. All components have a huge degree of flexibility to meet varying levels of specification, e.g. wall, floor, ceiling and roof make-ups can extend to passive or can deal with high humidity levels, high acoustic attenuation requirements, with no settlement of shrinkage issues. The system is covered by CE Marking, is backed by Lloyds of London Bact, NHBC approved and also backed by Premier Insurance and Checkmate and is therefore is fully mortgageable.
