At Housing Works, our mission is simple: Fostering Dignity Through Housing. We believe dignity starts with quality, affordable housing. Serving Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson counties in Central Oregon, we offer affordable homes and services to help individuals build a better future. We proudly administer a federal contract with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide rental assistance through the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program. We are committed to creating an environment where every team member has ongoing access to opportunities. Our culture is built on teamwork, collaboration, open communication, transparency, and ongoing staff training. At Housing Works, we understand that a home is more than just a place to live; it is the foundation for stability, growth, and opportunity. Through our work, we are not only providing housing but creating lasting change in the lives of individuals and families across Central Oregon.
