Houtwerf BV is a wholesale company with over 90 years of experience in timber, sheet materials, parquet and laminate flooring, and related products. We aim to be an extension of our customers' businesses, providing them with a flexible and solution-oriented approach that optimally supports their processes. Houtwerf is known for its reliable delivery, extensive distribution network, and experienced staff who are quick to respond. Our customer base includes specialty stores, do-it-yourself (DIY) shops, wood processing industries, contractors, and construction companies throughout the Netherlands, as well as in Belgium and France through our sister companies. We strive to improve ourselves every day, for the benefit of both our customers and the planet. Sustainability plays a crucial role in our activities. As a company, we are committed to sourcing responsibly harvested wood from sustainably managed forests. We are proud holders of certifications that recognize our commitment to these goals. Since 2004, we have been certified by FSC® for responsible forest management, and since 2011, Houtwerf has also obtained the PEFC Certificate. We hope that future generations can continue to enjoy the beauty of our forests. Additionally, we are increasingly incorporating circular products with a better environmental footprint into our range. This includes products bonded with fully biobased adhesives or made from residual streams.
