About How Did We Serve You?

When Good Enough is NOT Enough Around 80 to 90% of the time, customers experience 'OK' customer service, which is considered the deadly zone for businesses. They often lead to less engagement and less recurring revenue. How Did We Serve You was created to address these issues. We want businesses to be able to solicit feedback and improve, so that bad becomes ok, and ok, becomes good, and good becomes great so they won't lose customers over and over again. Unlike advertising, which is similar to using a shotgun, spraying out a broad array in hopes to hit something, our program is like a laser. We are targeting actual customers who already use the service/product. We are giving businesses a VERY inexpensive way to solicit feedback (substantially greater volumes of feedback than they have ever gotten), monitor trends, keep in contact with customers, and do the following: How Different is our Service? This is a very powerful tool, if viewed not as an expense but an investment, there is virtually no way a business could use our service without positive impact on revenue. Sure, they could set up their own surveys and all, but with the manpower to maintain, program, monitor, etc., they can't do what we do for even close to the cost.
