The Howard University Telepharmacy and Population Center (HU-TEPH) To was established in 2023 to leverage technology platforms, and strategic partnerships to promote health equity by providing telehealth-supported clinical pharmacy services, workforce training in public health informatics, upskilling in population health management, and digital health research for the benefit of underserved communities locally, nationally, and globally. *This project is supported by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under grant number ARP-PHIT-21-001 entitled Public Health Informatics & Technology Workforce Development Programgrant as part of a four-year project totaling $8,673,107.00.This information or content and conclusions are those of the author and should not be construed as the official position or policy of, nor should any endorsements be inferred by ONC, HHS, or the U.S. Government. *This project is also supported by the HRSA Center of Excellence Grant under award number D34HP16042-14-01.
