The restaurants in Prague founded by Tim Simenon and Nikita Sidorov. We believe that the restaurant is more then just selling food. Our restaurant is the place that has its unique history and it represents it's founders. It is the place where good taste, various flavours, great music, art meet the modern data-driven business approach. Tim Simenon is the sound producer in the past. His works include the “Ultra” album for Depeche Mode, he was working with Bono, David Bowie and many others. Having music and cooking as his two main passions in life, now he is creating the “greatest hits” menu in our kitchen. He is responsible for all the taste and vibe in our restaurants. Nikita Sidorov is the founder of "The Craft" Prague's restaurant chain. He is also a food-tech entrepreneur, who worked with the unicorn food tech startups in the past and now is actively advising the foodtech, gastrotech and ecommerce f&b startups. In Hoxton he is responsible for the business part of the game. Constantly implementing new tech and business approach, Nikita is building the state of the art business system in Hoxton, that could be then used by many other restaurants. It is all about transparency, tech, data and ofcourse love for the people and hospitality. We just getting started.
