Téměř 30-ti letá tradice ve výrobě vstřikovacích forem a výlisků z termoplastů určených pro různá průmyslová odvětví - automobilový průmysl, elektroniku, farmacii, zahradní techniku, domácí spotřebiče, elektrotechniku apod., umožňuje společnosti HP trend, s.r.o. zaměřit se na výrobu náročných forem a výlisků technologií vstřikování, výlisků s reflexními povrchy a optikou, jakož i výrobu velkých dílců pro automotive a mnoha dalších technických výlisků z termoplastů. V tuto chvíli máme 30 vstřikolisů s uzavírací silou od 55t do 1200t (značky Bole, Selex, Engel, Krauss Maffei). Společnost disponuje vlastní nástrojárnou, ve které vyrábíme a servisujeme formy. Také založila vlastní vývojové a konstrukční pracoviště, kde vznikají návrhy na nové výrobky, výkresová dokumentace výrobků a forem. Vlastníme 3D měřící středisko, jejichž součástí je i 3D scan. Máme technologii pěti výtlačných linek pro výrobu trubek a profilů. Vlastníme kovící zařízení Kolzer. Kvalita nanesených vrstev odpovídá aktuálním standardům pro automobilový průmysl. Disponujeme také vlastní zkušebnu, kde se provádí tlakové zkoušky na náš potrubní systém. Společnost HP trend je držitelem certifikátů ISO 9001, ISO 1400, ISO/TS 16949 i certifikátů výrobkových např. dle norem ISO 15874, ISO 12201 atd. tyto a jiné certifikáty jsou zárukou nejvyšší možné kvality všech námi vyráběných produktů.
