Electrical control system HP Tronic designs and manufactures electrical control system. We handle different volumes, from on-off projects to products with a volume up to 10 000 units. We offer a tight integration in the design and the manufacturing processes to achieve a product with high quality and low total cost for our customer. Wire harness HP Tronic designs and manufactures wiring harnesses as an individual component as well as an integral part of a control system. We add customer value with a low production cost and high quality achieved through an automated production process, where the crimping is quality assured through gas tightness analysis. Electronic and electromechanic HP Tronic design and assembly PCBs as an individual component as well as an integral part of a control system. HP Tronic can offer a core group of R&D engineers’ specialized in hardware and software design of PCBs, as well as a manufacturing process with low production cost and high quality output. Test system HP Tronic designs and manufactures test systems for internal use and to external customers. Our test systems range from basic systems to more complex test systems that are an integrated part of the manufacturing process. An example of this is the final testing of washing machines and tumble dryers on the assembly line in Electrolux’s manufacturing plants in Ljungby, Sweden, and Rayong, Thailand.
