Healthcare Partner Associates (HPA Healthcare) is a minority and woman owned healthcare staffing firm founded on the principle that everyone should have access to healthcare when and where they need it. Unfortunately, ubiquitous access isn’t a reality in today’s healthcare delivery landscape due primarily to the shortage of skilled clinicians to meet the clinical needs of a growing patient population. Our founders know firsthand the impact of this gap not being narrowed. As such, they founded the company to help close that gap.
