HPG Mechanical is a family owned plumbing business in the Calgary area. HPG Mechanical has been offering professional plumbing services to Calgarians since 1971, when the company was started by Hank Froese. Hank retired in 1992, selling the company to his son Terry Froese. Hank passed away in February 2017 at the age of 89 years. Since 1992, Terry & Sharon Froese owned and operated the company until 2017 when it was purchased by Michael & Glenda Edworthy, Terry’s brother-in-law and sister-in-law. Michael Edworthy, HPG Mechanical's Operations Manager since 2009, continues to manage the company and embraces the same family values on which Hank Froese built the business. We’re In Your Neighborhood Today, our service vehicles now cover an area from Airdrie to Okotoks and Chestermere to downtown Cochrane. Since we are a family business, we bring family business values to every job we do. Our areas of expertise are residential and commercial service plumbing, drain, and hydronic/hot water heating services. Our plumbers are available to help throughout the area.
