HPH is a New York City restaurant and development company led by restaurateur Peter Poulakakos and his business partner Paul Lamas. Founded in 2002 by Peter Poulakakos & his business partner Paul Lamas, HPH has quickly emerged as one of the most transcendent forces in hospitality, real estate and entertainment.
