HPH is a New York City restaurant and development company led by restaurateur Peter Poulakakos and his business partner Paul Lamas. Founded in 2002 by Peter Poulakakos & his business partner Paul Lamas, HPH has quickly emerged as one of the most transcendent forces in hospitality, real estate and entertainment. Peter Poulakakos began his career in hospitality in 1998, following in the footsteps of his father, legendary Wall Street restaurateur Harry Poulakakos. He quickly amassed a portfolio of restaurants covering a diverse breadth of genres, including quick service patisseries and pizza shops, full service eateries, and nightlife and cocktail institutions like his most recent venture, BlackTail NYC - the best new bar in America (Tales of the Cocktail).
