Deanna Ball, PhD founded HPOpartners and brings over 25 years of diversified experience as a corporate insider. Her experience includes executive level roles at Bank of America, where she led a team of change and talent management experts in driving the now infamous acquisition of Countrywide. This merger and integration was one of the most complex large scale change efforts in US History and will be the subject of study for decades to come. Most recently, she served as the Head of Global Organization Effectiveness for Medtronic, Inc., a global leader in healthcare technology with over 90,000 employees and spanning more than150 countries and 350 locations around the world. In this role, Deanna was accountable for several functions, including talent data & analytics, employee listening, change management, team effectiveness and organization design, development, and consulting. Now, at the helm of HPOpartners, Deanna works closely with executive leaders and human resources groups to build high performing organizations and teams by designing tailored solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
