If you are not satisfied with the quality of work you are receiving from one of our technicians and decide to release that technician within the first three days, there is no charge for services received. Additionally, HQ Aero offers a thirty-day guarantee on all of our direct hire placements. If a direct hire placement is released due to a lack of technical ability or resigns within a thirty calendar day period, HQ Aero will provide a replacement with no additional recruitment fee.
