About HQS
HQS Co., Ltd., a wholly owned Myanmar company, incorporated on 7th of March 2013 and the management office is located at No. 19 (C), Dhama Yon Street, 6 Mile, Hlaing Township, Yangon, Myanmar. The company was initially formed with the aim of doing business in the service industry. However, HQS Company Limited was registered as not only a service company but also a multi-purposed company, including trading, and manufacturing, and other possible businesses for a future expansion. Since most of the western sanctions have been lifted and the pace of change in the country is seen dramatically so fast, there are more and more foreign investments entering the country. With this momentum, we believe that providing one-stop, hassle-free IS/IT & Telecoms services/solutions to the companies shall become a potential business opportunity in Myanmar. Based on the founder’s long-time experience in IT & Telecoms field, and with a prospective oversea partnership, we are confident that we can perform very well in this area and occupy some market portion in this service sector. At the same time, we also foresee that one-stop mobility and relocation services including recruitment and human resources support, procurement and logistics services for foreign and local companies shall be booming in Myanmar in very near future. Therefore, we engage in this business with a foreign partner, METRICA Inc., which is based in San Antonio, Texas, U.S.A with an agreement to provide such a general service locally for the US Department of the Treasury.
