About HRComply Limited
HRComply was founded by Neil Herbert and Sue Carter. Neil and Sue had both assisted a number of Investment Banks in delivering T&C and conduct solutions under FSA supervision. These included S166’s and ARROW or Thematic reviews. They worked closely with the firms Compliance and Risk teams, the appointed Skilled Person consultants and – by extension – the FSA to design an online scalable software management system. The result was HRComplySoft and a range of outsourced and consulting driven HR services that together make up the HRComply product portfolio. As new regulatory structures have been introduced, Sue and Neil have worked with their clients to develop the software further, to its current three-module structure. Between them, they have over 30 years’ of practical City HR experience.
