HRConf is annual people management, workforce development and HR information systems conference and expo taking place in the late autumn in Tallinn, Estonia. It started as a one-day event in 2013, having more than 23 different workshops and showcases. In 2014 we held a two- day event, representing more than 50 individual events and top level speakers, including Elmar Vaher (head of Estonian Policeforce), Tiit Paananen (former CEO of SKYPE) and several others. HRConf attracts business leaders and HR professionals from Estonia and Baltic region, being the only HRTech specialized event in the area. Concept is introduced and held by Kristi Mikiver, Endel Hango, Karl Laas and Kaia Tammekänd.
