HRD Training Group is a leading company in managerial and behaviour training who has been operating in Italy since 1992. The name of the company itself – HRD: Human Resources Development – underlines that the main guideline to train people is to make a clear distinction between training (Human Resources Development) and teaching (the typical methodology used school). Our goal is to transfer not only knowledge, but mainly motivation and innovation.
