HRHislop.com are a local electrical contractors supplying both domestic and commercial electrical services across Wiltshire and beyond. Starting out as a Sole Trader in 2009 at the tender age of 23, in less than a decade Harry has grown the company to a dedicated team of 13 whose focus is to ensure customers have a positive experience exceeding their expectations, whilst also finding the most effective and cost-efficient solutions for their electrical needs. Harry is proud that what he feels has helped the company expand so quickly is the ethos to make sure that telephone calls are answered, emails replied to and engineers arrive promptly. With an office based at Blacklands just outside of Calne, we are fortunate that customers are able, and most welcome, to pop in as we have both full and part-time office staff on hand between 8am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. As a team we pride ourselves on our work ethic and the ability to provide a professional yet friendly service to our customers, from the initial enquiry to the point of delivery and beyond. We understand that for some people making the call is a huge leap of faith – especially with concerns that a job may not be ‘big enough’ and we work hard to reassure people that any sized job has value to us. Recognising the value of organic growth, each year we have offered at least one young person the opportunity of an apprenticeship to achieve their NVQ Level 3 to become a qualified electrician. There is also a great focus on on-going training opportunities for all team members to increase their skills base, and enhance the services we can offer to our expanding customer base.
