The Human Rights Research and Education Centre (HRREC) turns 40! It was created in 1981 and is one of the oldest in Canada and North America. It comprises researchers from the Faculties of Common Law, Civil Law, Social Sciences and Arts. The Centre benefits from a bilingual and bi-juridical environment and places particular emphasis on public policy and social justice. HRREC hosts numerous events such as academic conferences, exhibitions, meetings and workshops. Il réunit des chercheurs des Facultés de droit (sections de common law et de droit civil), Sciences sociales et des Arts.
