About HSA & Associates
HSA & Associates provides structural engineering services to a myriad of partners in tilt-up construction and beyond. The annual volume of structural design and construction support services is more than 70 new buildings, accounting for more than 20 million square feet of space, and at a construction cost of close to $1 Billion dollars. Our innovative designs and dedicated services have gained us national recognition on major distribution centers, class “A” office buildings and shopping malls. While specializing in tilt-up construction, we have the capability and the expertise to perform on any project. Capitalizing on our prior experience of working on major national and international projects, we are fully capable of providing structural engineering services for a variety of commercial, institutional and public, new and existing, buildings. Our engineers get involved from the beginning of their career. We strongly encourage professional development, and that comes from being exposed to all aspects of the business. With that, inclusion in client meetings is a regular occurrence. We are diverse, have many nationalities and cultures represented. We offer limited Internships as well as full-time positions for both new and experienced structural engineers. All are on-site in our beuatiful, open workspace in Pasadena, CA.
