As a family business operating since 1979 our company has grown from a one man show to a global enterprise at four locations - Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Los Angeles. With a wealth of experience, our employees are the best in the business. HTA has been operating for over 30 years in the Australian marketplace. Our three plants include high technology equipment and computerized facilities, which are considered to have greater flexibility utilizing advanced process controls. We are also the only aerospace heat treating facility in the country with AS9100 and Nadcap accreditation. HTA offers a comprehensive thermal heat treatment service locally, nationally throughout Australia and internationally, employing an essential customer focused approach to all services provided. We take pride in all aspects of the operation, including specifically appointed customer liaison staff, pickup and delivery services, and an Internet web site to provide information and other services. We maintain ongoing research and development programs to help us increase our knowledge and keep us at the leading edge of our field. We have made significant advances and in some instances developed our own special processes, which we have trademarked. Using our Internet Customer Information Portal, customers may track the status of their jobs, request pickups, download account applications and more. When necessary we operate our furnaces 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to give you a fast turnaround for all jobs, large and small. Operationally, Heat Treatment Australia has achieved Nadcap (Heat Treating), AS9100 and ISO 9001 Accreditation.
