HU Associates is based on an established team responsible for the successful delivery of over one hundred video, multimedia and computer based training solutions. With extensive experience in a number of sectors, HU Associates specialises in the development of solutions for the nuclear industry. We have successfully developed a range of full scope (that is analysis, design, production and delivery) rich content training packages. We have also partnered and collaborated with specialists in the development of human performance, behavioural and cultural change, dramatic scenario films, typically for use in facilitated sessions. Filming in challenging industrial environments is a specialist area and our approach allows us to achieve the best results safely. Our location filming equipment is of the highest quality and is carefully specified for working within these areas. We have a good understanding of new technology, development tools and web based delivery methodologies which we see as ingredients which used with consideration can significantly enhance an outcome. However we believe it's important that no single ingredient should dictate the overall direction, efficacy or appropriateness of a solution. Consequently we won’t let trends drive, or indeed dilute your investment because, after all is said and done, fashion changes but good design and specification remain constant.
